Stolen vehicle leads to drug arrest in Oswego

OSWEGO -- A stolen vehicle complaint on Sunday January 27th led to the arrest of 25-year-old Kyle Reeser of Oswego. Oswego Police got a call that a vehicle left unlocked and running was stolen from Paul’s Big M on West First Street.

The investigation led police to Reeser who, when arrested, was found with ten bags of heroin, 2 dosages of Suboxone and a hypodermic needle.

The stolen car was found on the west-side of Oswego.

Reeser was charged with grand larceny, possession of a hypodermic instrument, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Oswego City Court and is in the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.

He is due back in court February 5th.
