CONSTANTIA, OSWEGO COUNTY -- A Syracuse man was arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a victim less than 14-year-old at a home in the Town of Constanta, Oswego County, in April and May of 2006.
The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Donald Larry Lalone, 43, of Empire Avenue, on charges of sexual abuse.
Lalone was release on appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Constantia Court.
