PLATTSBURGH -- An off-duty trooper was arrested in Plattsburgh for two counts of first degree rape, according to police. The New York State Police Bureau of Investigation said 32-year-old Trevor J. Donah knew the two victims, and he was off-duty when the crimes happened.
Donah is a five-year veteran of the New York State Police.
Donah was arraigned in City of Plattsburgh court and is being held on $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond.
Temporary orders of protection were signed at the time of the arraignment.
