ITHACA -- Ithaca Police are looking for a man who has been missing since January 31. Police say 37-year-old Kosal R. Path was last seen at about 3:45am in Ithaca.
Police do not have any leads on where he could be, and are still investigating the circumstances of his disappearance.
Path is described as an Asian-Pacific male with long bushy black hair, a goatee on his chin, and he has tattoos on his left arm.
