WASHINGTON -- The Washington Times reports that a couple received a surprising discount on their bill at a Washington State restaurant.

The King family, including children ages 2, 3 and 8, were enjoying pasta and pizza at an Italian restaurant called Sogno di Vino, according to the article.

When they got the bill, they noticed a “well-behaved kids” discount of $4.

The article says Mrs. King called it “A pleasant surprise after a lovely meal” on her Wordpress blog after a picture of their bill posted on Reddit went viral.

Rob Scott, owner of Sogno di Vino, said he will sometimes offer discounts to families with children who behave, but he has never listed it on a receipt, the Washington Times says.

Here is an picture of the receipt.
