UTICA -- New York State Police and members of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center have arrested a Utica man for the sexual abuse of a child under the age of ten.
Police say 26-year-old Justin R. Vangorder, of Keyes Road in Utica, was arrested after a five month investigation by both law enforcement agencies.
Vangorder was arraigned in the City of Little Falls, Herkimer County, and is being held in the Herkimer County jail.
The investigation is pending, and police are asking anyone with information to call State Police in Marcy at (315) 736-8802.
