OSWEGO -- An Oswego man is accused of stealing money from the Oswego Minor Hockey Association concession stand.

44-year-old Joseph Chesare Jr., of 28 Brown Drive, is charged with burglary, a felony.

State Police say he entered the Oswego Minor Hockey Association concession stand after hours when it was closed and stole an undetermined amount of cash from the register. The concession stand is located within the  in Oswego.

Chesare was arraigned in Volney Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in Oswego City Court on February 28.
