FULTON -- The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two Fulton residents for grand larceny and welfare fraud, they said in a release.
The arrests came after an investigation showed that 29-year-old Richard Bristol and 27-year-old Heaven Bristol got over $1,000 in medical assistance from the Department of Social Services due to not reporting income.
The Bristols were released on appearance tickets, and will be back in Town of Mexico Court in March.
