Police say Jesse Janes, 35, allegedly stole a computer from the Wal-Mart in the Town of Granby in January. Since then, he has allegedly viewed pornographic material on the computer in the presence of minors.
Janes is charged with petit larceny and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Janes was arrested at the Oswego County Correctional Facility on Monday and issued appearance tickets. He is scheduled to answer the charges before the Town of Granby Court in March.
Janes was subsequently returned to the Oswego County Correctional Facility.
