CICERO -- A Central New York company that makes barcode scanners for medical companies plans to expand.

Jadak Technologies says it wants to triple the size of its headquarters in Cicero by creating around 60 new jobs over the next five years.

Jadak Technologies currently employs about 120 people, about 100 of them work at the company’s headquarters.

The company says it will also begin construction in May on a two-story expansion of its facility at Hancock Airpark.
