TOWN OF LEE -- A truck driver from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is dead after his tractor trailer hit a guardrail on State Route 26 in the Town of Lee on Friday, March 15 at about 1:30 pm.
State Police say 49-year-old Darren McCallum lost control of his Freightliner with a full trailer and hit a guardrail and a culvert before coming to a stop.
Troopers say McCallum was found dead at the scene by first responders. He was alone in the truck.
State Police are still investigating the crash.
