Syracuse Police ask help in finding stolen vintage car

Car was being restored, is not in running condition

A 1967 Austin Healy Sprite--yellow--was stolen Friday night from Erie Boulevard West. Syracuse Police are asking help in getting it back.

Syracuse Police have put out an appeal, to locate a 1967 British sportscar that was being restored.

The yellow Austin Healy Sprite 2-door convertible was stolen from the 1100 block of Erie Boulevard West on Friday night.  It was in the process of being restored, and is not in running condition.  There are no doors or bumpers on the car.

Anyone who sees the vehicle or knows about its whereabouts is asked to call Syracuse Police at 442-5200.
