SYRACUSE --

Former President Bill Clinton will be in Syracuse on Friday to throw his support behind a Central New York Congressional candidate.

Clinton will officially endorse Democrat Dan Maffei for Congress. He will appear at a public rally at 1:00 p.m. at the Landmark Aviation Hangar Building at Hancock Airport. That's building # 113, located at 248 Tuskegee Road in Syracuse.

Clinton previously stumped for Maffei in 2010 when he lost to Republican Ann Marie Buerkle by fewer than 700 votes.
