Hearings are scheduled in Jefferson and Oswego Counties, on a proposed 50 mile long high-voltage power line, from Galloo Island to Mexico--from Hounsfield, through Henderson, Ellisburg, Sandy Creek , Richland, and Pulaski to a substation in the Town of Mexico.
