Debriefing underway this weekend in Mississippi
110 members of the Army National Guard, home from Kuwait, return to Hancock Field Tuesday or Wednesday
They were activated in January, and deployed to Kuwait in April. Now, 110 members of the NY Army National Guard's 27th Infantry Brigade Combate Team are coming home.
The soldiers are flying into Hancock Field's Airbase on Tuesday and Wednesday. Those who don't live in the Syracuse area will be bussed to armories in Rochester, Latham and Manhattan.
They Guard members ha've been at Camp Shelby, in Mississippi, for debriefing, since late Friday. While they were in Kuwait, they did over 25 logistics, administrative and sercurity missions in several Middle East locations.
