SYRACUSE -- It will be another cold, cloudy and breezy day with flurries in Central New York on Monday, according to meteorologist Peter Hall.

There will be light snow showers and flurries, which may create a slick coating early Monday morning.  After that, look for a trace to another thin coating by the late morning hours.

At most, the Central New York area will see just peeks of sunshine.

The sub-standard temperatures from the weekend will continue.  The average temperature for Monday's date is 39 degrees. However, the high for Monday is expected to be 28 degrees with a low of 23.
