The high today is expected to be 40 degrees with a low of 28.

It will be partly sunny but thick clouds are backing in from New England.

A major Midwest storm has hit south of Central New York, as expected.  Some of the snow will get closer to the area late Thursday afternoon and into Friday morning.

There will be nothing worse than an afternoon flurry for the Syracuse area on Wednesday.
