GEDDES -- Tuesday afternoon the 49 year old man accused of killing 53 year old Patricia Gryzcka was arraigned in Geddes Town Court.
Larry Frank of Phoenix was charged with second degree murder and a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf.
Frank said nothing during the arraignment. The judge noted that there was an admission in the file, but did not elaborate. No bail was set for Frank.
A preliminary hearing has been set for this coming Monday, November 26 at 2 p.m.
Frank was arrested Tuesday in Pennsylvania. Gryzcka's body was found in a ravine off Webb Road in Lafayette Monday morning.
