ROME -- An Oneida County man is accused of having sexual contact with a child younger than 10 years old, and taking pictures of their intimate parts.
Dustin Smith, 19, is in the county jail on $50,000 bail. Investigators arrested him Friday. He was arraigned on charges of Unlawful Surveillance and Sex Abuse.
The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center is offering counseling services to the victim.
