21 Central New Yorkers win tickets to see President Obama's swearing-in ceremony

ALBANY -- Senator Charles Schumer’s office announced the winners of the lottery for tickets to President Obama’s swearing-in ceremony. Each of the over 130 winners from Upstate New York will receive two tickets to the event, which is the only way to see it in person.

Of those winners, 21 Central New Yorkers won the chance to got o the capitol and see the President swear-in for his second term.
