It's Girl Scout cookie season once again, but neighbors in Central New York won't be able to buy this year's new cookie.
The new cookie introduced this year is called Mango Creme. Girl Scout cookies come from two bakers: ABC Bakers and Little Brownie Bakers. The Mango Creme cookies are from ABC Bakers, but the Girl Scouts selling cookies in Central New York get their cookies from Little Brownie Bakers. Unfortunately for neighbors in Central New York, that means there aren't any new cookies to choose from this year.
Last year a new cookie, Savannah Smiles, was rolled out in honor of the Girl Scouts 100th anniversary.
The favorites are still available this year, including Thin Mints, Tagalongs, Samoas, Trefoils, Do-Si-Dos, Dulche de Leche, Thank U Berry Munch.
