SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police are investigating a shooting that happened at 12:03am on March 3 on the 300 block of Ostrander Avenue.
Police found 24-year-old Charles Campbell lying in the driveway of the home with several gunshot wounds to the groin and torso.
Campbell could not describe the assailants to police, but witnesses say he was arguing with two black male teenagers when they heard several gunshots.
Campbell was taken to Upstate Hospital in critical but stable condition.
Police describe the suspects as being black males, 15-17 years old, about 5’8” tall and were last seen wearing all black clothing and black hats.
Witnesses told police that both men had handguns and both shot Campbell.
They were last seen running west on West Ostrander Avenue.
