24-year-old Louis Wright is the Fugitive of the Week. He is wanted by Utica Police and U.S. Marshals. Wright is charged with criminal contempt, harassment and criminal mischief stemming from a domestic violence incident. Authorities say he continues to stalk the victim.

He is known to frequent the Cornhill and Bleeker Street areas of Syracuse. He has a criminal history which includes domestic violence towards woman as well as weapons, menacing and resisting arrest charges.

Wright is described as a white man, 5'9" tall, 150 pounds with a tattoo "Aaliyah" on the right side of his neck, "Brandi" on his right forearm and an unknown image on the left side of his neck.

He has an identical twin brother named Louie Wright. His brother also has tattoos, but they are different from Louis Wright's tattoos.
