Fulton man accused of breaking infant's leg

FULTON -- A Fulton man is accused of breaking an four-month-old baby's leg.

Fulton Police say 20-year-old Carl James Kaufmann III was arrested Tuesday on charges of assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Officers say kaufmann was caring for a four-moth-old child when he squeezed the child's leg so hard the bone broke. The child received hospital care.

Kaufmann was sent to the Oswego County Public Safety Center on $25,000 bail.
