KIRKLAND -- One person was seriously hurt in a four car crash in the town of Kirkland.      Oneida County sheriff's deputies say 19-year-old Elizabeth Quell of Canastota was stopped, waiting to make a left turn onto Roberts Road.

Her vehicle was hit from behind, then broadsided by a third vehicle in the intersection.      That car was hit by a fourth car.

Quell was taken to upstate medical center for multiple injuries.      The crash is under investigation.
