WESTMORELAND -- State Police are investigating what they describe as a serious domestic incident in the Oneida County Town of Westmoreland.

Troopers were called to a home at 205 Padzur Blvd. West about 9:40 last night. There they found Todd C. Smith, 34 and Jenise M. Haddad-Smith, 48 of 134 Haddad Road in Frankfort and both were suffering from stab wounds.  Both are being treated at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Utica.

Troopers are still investigating the incident and are trying to determine who was the primary aggressor in the stabbings.
