'Pope Joan' movie coming out
With 'Pope Joan' about to come out as a motion picture, its author, Onondaga Hill's Donna Woolfolk Cross, has an offer to the novel's readers: buy a new edition of the book and become eligible for an all expense paid trip to the movie's US premiere.
Cross, who used to teach creative writing at Onondaga Community College, says she's seen the almost-finished movie ( starring John Goodman) which opens in Germany this October, but no US date is set yet. See more at www.popejoan.com
