Onondaga County’s Aging and Youth Department is holding two forums on Senior Health: Mind, Body and Budget. The forums focusing on the wellness and economic concerns of older citizens will be held Tuesday, October 27th at 1 p.m. at Pensabenes Casa Grande, 135 State Fair Blvd. and on Wednesday, October 28th at 1p.m. at the Canton Woods Senior Center, 76 Canton Street, Baldwinsville.

The forums will feature a panel of local experts discussing income maximizing programs and wellness opportunities for seniors. Information on the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), The Senior Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Medicare savings and more will be available.
