SYRACUSE --

Those expected to fly out of Hancock International Airport in the coming days are urged to arrive early.

The Department of Aviation encourages passengers to arrive at least two hours prior to their departure time to allow for processing and security procedures.

According to Hancock Airport, airline schedules have mostly returned to normal after last weekend's snow storm, though some flights are still experiencing delays. It is recommended for passengers to check with their airline prior to leaving for the airport.

Parking at the airport is available in both the open lot and the parking garage. Rates are $6.50 for the open lot and $8.00 for the garage.

More travel tips are available at www.tsatraveltips.us, or at Hancock Airport's Web site at www.syrairport.org.
