SALINA, ONONDAGA CO. -- Another most wanted criminal is off the streets in Onondaga County. Kurt VanDoren was fugitive #5 on the county's Top Ten List. He was taken into custody last Friday.
Last week, U.S. Marshals got several calls with information about VanDoren's whereabouts. Warrant officers later found VanDoren hiding in a closet at a home in the Town of Salina and took him into custody without incident. He's facing felony DWI charges.
Arthur Novell, number 8 on the list, was captured just hours after it was released. Eight fugitives remain on the Top Ten list. Anyone with information about their whereabouts should call 473-7625.
