DEWITT -- CNY Central has obtained more court documents in the case of a student-teacher accused of travelling to New York to lure young girls to have sex with him.

Micah Brown, a student-teacher at a school for the deaf in Connecticut, was arrested earlier this week in DeWitt. In a statement to State Police, the alleged 16-year-old victim says she met Brown in an online chatroom, and says he would help her with her homework.

She says last fall the contact escalated to daily instant messages and then the tone of the conversations started to change. Brown would allegedly tell her she sounded "cute" and "sexy." Court documents say they exchanged cell phone numbers and photographs of each other, taken on their phones, without their clothes on.

The girl says Brown would text her that he wanted to kiss and touch her everywhere. She would respond with the same and tell him she wanted to kiss and touch him everywhere.

According to her statement, Brown came to Central New York this past winter, took the teen to Lights on the Lake, and that they had sexual contact at her home when her parents were away.

During the trip, court papers indicate Brown brought marijuana, champagne and tequila with him then shared it with the girl, who told police she loved Brown and that she was convinced he loved her too.

In a their statement to investigators, the girl's parents say when they returned home, they found bottles of alcohol and a receipt with Brown's name on it.  In the court papers, the girl says she had no contact with Brown after that.

After being alerted by the girl's parents investigators set up a sting designed to lure Brown back to the area. This week they arrested him at the Quality Inn hotel in East Syracuse. Investigators had been chatting with him on the internet, pretending to be young girls.

Micah Brown is currently in jail on $500,000 bail or one million dollars bond.
