SYRACUSE -- Update:
Syracuse Police have identified the victim in a shooting on the city's east side.
Officers say 28-year-old Terrell Kirby of Syracuse suffered a gunshot wound. He's listed in critical but stable condition.

Syracuse Police are investigating a shooting on the city's east side.
Officers say one person was shot in the abdomen at Platinum Kutz N Styles near the corner of Columbus and Lombard Avenues. It happened at about 8:40 Friday night.
There's no word yet on the condition of the victim, but we do know the person went into surgery at Upstate University Hospital.
Officers say they're not sure if the shooting happened inside the barbershop or outside.
So far police do not have anyone in custody. They're still looking for evidence.
