SYRACUSE -- An 18-year-old man shot in the head over the weekend has died.
Syracuse police say Jarail Jackson died late Monday night from the gunshot wound.
He was shot around 10:35pm Sunday along the 1500 block of Bellevue Avenue. Jackson was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
