FULTON -- Police use a Taser on a North Syracuse man following a domestic dispute.

The trouble started around 12:45am Wednesday at a home along the 400 block of Cayuga Street in Fulton.

When police tried to take Rafael I. Perez, 31, into custody, police say he pulled away and came at the officer.

That's when a brief struggle broke out. Another officer used his Taser to get Perez under control.

He's now charged with criminal contempt, resisting arrest and harassment.
