CAPE VINCENT -- A 9-year-old Cape Vincent boy is helping to inspire others by doing what many kids do during summer break.

He's setting up roadside lemonade stands and trying to earn money by selling lemonade. But it's not just for fun.

Christian McCammon has a more important reason to raise money. His sister, Madison who is 13, was diagnosed with renal failure six years ago and has to travel to Syracuse for dialysis treatments three times a week.

Christian hopes to give the money raised to help his parents pay for gas for his sister's hospital trips.
