The Weather Channel (TWC) conducted a recent consumer poll of its television viewers and digital users to find what they choose as the best climates to experience winter, summer, extreme weather, rain and even isolation. TWC’s meteorology team provided multiple choice locations from which to vote, and each location was selected based on meteorological data and extreme weather statistics.
