TOWN OF VOLNEY, OSWEGO COUNTY -- Three men in Oswego County are facing charges after police say they stole from a barn in the Town of Volney.

State police say David Ricker, 45, of Smokey Hollow Road, Richard Timian, 42, of Weller Road, and Raymond Auringer, 35, of Richardson Road, took various barrels of metal before scrapping them.  Police say the three also stole two vehicles from the property, scrapping one of them as well.  Police recovered the other vehicle.

Ricker, charged with 3rd degree burglary, was remanded to the Oswego County jail without Bail.  The other two men were issued an appearance ticket.  Timian faces a stolen property charge in the 4th degree.  Auringer faces two counts of grand larceny in the 4th degree.
