ROME, ONEIDA CO. -- Imprisoned actor Lillo Brancato beat up a fellow inmate at The Oneida Correctional Facility, The New York Post reports.
According to the newspaper, on January 26 the actor was waiting to use a phone booth when he decided he’d waitied long enough. The paper reports Brancato started to beat on a man named Alvaro Hernandez, who refused to get off the phone.
The fight was witnessed by another famous inmate in Oneida County, former New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress. Burress is serving time there on weapons charges after he shot himself in the leg in a nightclub nearly two years ago.
