Syracuse Police are advising Orange fans headed to the Carrier Dome this afternoon to leave some extra time for travel.
Snow and heavy winds have made for some treacherous road conditions and police say it's important to give yourself enough time to get to the Orange's 4 P.M. game against Rutgers.
Sgt. Tom Connellan says parking regulations will be strictly enforced so plows are able to get down the streets.
Syracuse University is also asking fans to arrive early to the game. University lots open at 2 P.M. and the dome officially opens at 2:30, but SU says fans arriving earlier will be allowed in the building.
