It is another day of digging out for folks across Central New York.

A snow emergency remains in effect in Utica until 10 o'clock this morning. Police tell CNY Central that all vehicles must be off city streets or else they will be ticketed or towed.

We are all waking up to cold temperatures this morning. Be extra careful on sidewalks, parking lots and driveways, as there could be some slick spots.

In Syracuse, DPW crews continue to clear snow off city streets. Crews have been working through the night and hope to have all streets plowed by this morning.

They have been working in 12-hour shifts. While most of the main roads are clear, the back roads and side streets could still be slick.
