OSWEGO -- A SUNY Oswego student is accused of "mooning" state troopers.

21-year-old Jacob Link was arrested around 2 a.m. last Wednesday. Police say Link pulled his pants down, exposing his buttocks in front of two state troopers while he was walking on Bridge Street in Oswego.

Link was released on an appearance ticket on a charge of disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to appear in Oswego City Court on April 21st.
