OSWEGO -- An Oswego man is accused of strangling a woman, chasing her with a loaded gun and cutting her with a knife.

33-year-old Travis Swett, of CR 1 Bldg. 1965, was arrested around 11 p.m. Wednesday following the domestic dispute in the Town of Scriba.

Swett is charged with menacing, criminal obstruction of breathing and unlawful possession of marijuana.

He was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. He's due back in court on May 5th.
