Fulton man accused of driving drunk with child in car, running over fire hose

HANNIBAL -- A Fulton man is facing charges of drunk driving with a child in the car under under "Leandra's Law".

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 22-year-old Bryan Coulter, of 20 W. Eleventh St. Apt. B8, was driving drunk with a child in the car and drove over a four-inch diameter fire hose that was being used to fight an apartment fire on Airport Road in the Town of Granby. 14 people were left homeless after that fire on Sunday.

Coulter charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with .08 of one percent or more of alcohol, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger under the age of 16, inadequate stop lamps and driving over an exposed fire house.

He was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
