FULTON -- The Fulton DPW Commissioner is facing DWI charges, accused of driving drunk.

Fulton police confirm to CNY Central they arrested Daniel O'Brien on drunk driving charges. Police say they pulled over O'Brien around 7:41 p.m. on May 23rd.

Police say O'Brien was driving a Chevy pickup truck from the 400 block of West 3rd Street to his home at 51 Patrick Circle.

Police say he failed three field sobriety tests. At the police station, they gave him a breathalyzer and charged him with aggravated DWI.
