ILION, HERKIMER CO. -- An Ilion man is accused of possessing child pornography.

State Police arrested 32-year-old Timothy Bouton, of 290 Barringer Road, following a two-month investigation.

Police conducted a search warrant at Bouton's home and later charged him with promoting and possessing child pornography.

Bouton was arraigned and sent to the Herkimer County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bail bond.
