UTICA -- Police in Utica are on the lookout for two suspected thieves after they were caught on tape stealing from vehicles.
According to Utica Police, the two men seen in the attached video are suspected of stealing items from multiple cars in a residential neighborhood of Pond Lane early in the morning on July 13. Police say the two suspects went though several vehicles in the area, and are also suspected of stealing a vehicle.
