One of the places you can expect some delays on I-81 southbound in Syracuse. The New York State Department of Transportation says starting today and running through August 1st the left lane will be closed from 5:30am to 3:30 pm between Butternut Street and Adams Street. The DOT says the lane closure is for bridge repairs. During the height of Monday morning's rush hour traffic was backed up onto the Park Street bridge near Carousel Center.

Route 80 Eastbound and Westbound: Alternating single lane traffic controlled by a temporary three color traffic signal between Woodmancy Road and Strong Road in Tully.

Bridge Street Northbound and Southbound: Reduced to one lane between Erie Blvd and Enterprise Parkway.

I-81 Northbound Mainline: Left and center lanes closed approaching and crossing under the Bartell Road Bridge at Exit 31 (Brewerton) and over the Barge Canal/Oneida Lake Outlet Bridge in Brewerton. Access to and from Exit 31 (Bartell Road-Brewerton) will be maintained.
