WILLET, CORTLAND COUNTY -- A Cortland County man was arrested for having inappropriate relations with young women.
Marc Kahrl, 36, was arrested Friday for inappropriate relations with women under seventeen years of age over the past 7 years.
Cortland County Sheriff’s department says Kahrl was arrested for 2 counts of felony 3rd degree criminal sexual act, 3 counts of forcible touching, and 3 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Kahrl was remanded to the Cortland County Jail on $50,000 cash and $100,000 bond.
Deputies told CNY Central that the defendant reappeared in the Town of Willet Court on Wednesday where he was arrested on additional charges. He is to reappear in the Town of Willet Court on October 12.
