ALTMAR, OSWEGO COUNTY -- Carl R. Bice Jr., 34, of Altmar, was arrested Friday night following a property damage accident investigation.

Oswego County Sharif’s Office say Bice collided with Tammy L. Holmes, 36, when he reportedly failed to yield the right of way at the intersection of North Main Street. Bice reportedly made a left hand turn into the path of Holmes’s 2007 Hyundai.

Deputies say after colliding with Holmes, Bice reportedly left the scene of the accident.

Bice was arrested for driving while intoxicated; driving with .08 of one percent or more of alcohol; aggravated unlicensed operation, first degree; drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle; failed to yield right of way; leaving the scene of a property damage accident; and crossed official hazardous road markings.

Bice is scheduled to return to court on October 6.
