SENECA FALLS, SENECA COUNTY -- A Watkins Glen man is accused of having sex with two girls under the age of 15.
Seneca Falls Police say Daryl 'Jordan' Bryerton, 19, is charged with second degree rape, sexual misconduct, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
According to police, Bryerton is accused of having sexual intercourse with two females, age 13 and 15, on October 1.
Police say Bryerton was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
An order of protection was issued for both victims.
A felony hearing is scheduled for October 18.
